| Family Group Conferencing | ||
| The Family Group Conference is a formal gathering
of extended family and community supports to discuss privately and with Child and Family Services, a plan for the safety and care of their children.
The project has had its offices at Samaritan House for the past seven years, providing support to families who are working to provide a safe environment for their children. The Family Group Conference Project is funded by Manitoba Family Services and Housing Strategic Initiatives Program. |

Partners These partners form a community advisory group responsible for supervising the project, deciding on funding requests specific to family plans, and overseeing the operation of the program in our community and ensuring that it responds to the needs of those it serves.
